What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Build, manage, and optimize email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Create and troubleshoot automated workflows and data processes for real-time messaging
• Develop and maintain the monthly/quarterly email content calendar in collaboration with marketing teams

• Ensure thorough quality assurance of email assets across devices and clients before launch

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or a related field
• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist
• Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Administrator
• 5-7 years of professional hands-on email marketing experience
• Strong experience with Excel for data manipulation, charts, and pivot tables

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience working within a premium lifestyle brand or marketing agency
• Proficient with Figma for email design collaboration
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar web analytics platforms
