What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Assist in the design and implementation of cloud-based architecture for multiple products/verticals
• Deliver high-availability services and create responsive, maintainable websites in a cloud-based infrastructure
• Become a domain expert on the Alternative Investments business and systems
• Drive the team’s technical strategy and direction, implementing key coding principles
• Provide mentorship to team members and foster a learning environment

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 7 years in a technical role supporting and/or designing cloud-based technologies, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field with at least 5 years of experience
• At least 2 years of experience in cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
• In-depth experience using APIs or GraphQL with core front-end technologies like React.js or Angular
• Strong experience with Node.js for back-end development
• Experience with relational (PostgreSQL) and non-relational databases (DynamoDB) and proficiency in SQL and NoSQL queries

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience building microservices applications
• Familiarity with event-driven architecture and/or domain-driven design
• Experience using Terraform with GitHub Actions
