What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code
- Implement performance and quality modules to enhance system functionality
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, devising solutions to address these issues
- Maintain code quality, organization, and automation practices
- Collaborate with the team to manage project priorities and deliverables within an Agile framework
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 10-15 years of experience in software development, specifically with back-end technologies
- Strong knowledge of .NET framework and C#
- Proficiency in RESTful API development and Windows Services development
- Experience working in an Agile environment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with Windows Forms development
- Knowledge of telephony technologies, protocols, and standards, such as SIP, VoIP, and QoS
- Experience building integrated Contact Center workflows or applications with a strong understanding of CTI and Contact Center APIs
- Proactive and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
