What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Analyze, design, develop, and maintain software applications using the latest Microsoft technologies with minimal supervision
• Formulate and define system scope and objectives for complex software applications
• Communicate directly with product owners and end users to understand requirements
• Mentor other engineers and participate in code reviews
• Ensure automated processes run as expected and assist in remediation

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in an IT, computer, or technical-related field or equivalent experience; high school diploma required
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in computer programming with skills in ASP.Net, VB.Net, C#, and SQL
• Experience with relational database design and web development programming in a client/server setup
• Knowledge of software design patterns and experience in designing complex enterprise-level systems
• Familiarity with Agile or SCRUM software development life cycles

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with the development and consumption of web services
• Knowledge of XSLT and XML
• HTTP, C#, and SQL optimization experience
• Ability to maintain productivity in a fast-paced development cycle
• Experience mentoring other programmers
