What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop and maintain application systems to ensure timely access to accurate, real-time data
• Maintain enterprise application programs for internal and external workflow and control functions
• Develop and implement unit tests and code review processes for supported applications
• Create and maintain documentation and procedures related to application systems
• Analyze, support, and resolve real-time issues with computer hardware, software, and databases

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years of related experience
• Proficiency in software engineering, including design, development, analysis, and data modeling
• Experience with Java/J2EE technologies and SQL/PL/SQL, as well as Oracle technologies
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience with CI/CD processes

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Development experience with Java frameworks (Hibernate, Spring) and web application servers (JBoss, Spring Boot)
• Knowledge of SOA (ESB, Web Services) and application/web services security design patterns
• Experience with testing tools (SOAP UI) and testing frameworks (JUnit, jMock, Selenium)
• Familiarity with design techniques such as Domain-Driven Design and Domain Specific Languages
