What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage up to four highly complex projects and some moderate to simple complexity projects annually.
• Oversee all phases of project management through the Product Development process.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build development roadmaps and project schedules.
• Negotiate with Engineering Resource Managers for project resources and maintain compliance with regulations.
• Communicate project status effectively, including schedule variances and mitigation options.

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 12+ years of IT PMO experience
• Bachelor’s degree in technology, finance, business, or equivalent experience
• Project governance certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, etc.) required
• Agile knowledge and experience with process improvement
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent negotiation abilities
