What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables, executing against deadlines and reporting progress throughout the project lifecycle
• Support resource assignment and capacity planning
• Manage and coordinate communications among all applicable stakeholders including weekly standups and intake review
• Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate courses of action to mitigate risk
• Ensure processes and procedures are documented and lead process improvement initiatives

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 3+ years of project management experience working with large, distributed teams
• 3+ years of experience with project management tools (e.g. Rally, Jira, Workfront)
• 3+ years of experience with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and follow-through skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with consumer applications and digital customer experience
• Experience working with development sprints and timelines related to digital analytics implementations
• Proven solid organization skills
