What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Create, communicate, and execute project plans, adjusting as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements
• Manage project budgets and establish project KPIs and metrics
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and vendors to configure systems that meet client and business needs
• Communicate project information effectively to stakeholders in both formal and informal settings
• Maintain vendor relationships to ensure compliance with business requirements and contractual obligations

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
• 8 years of experience in enterprise IT environments in a project management role
• 8 years of experience supporting and deploying Point of Sale (POS) and related hospitality technologies
• Proven ability to develop and execute complex project plans involving multiple stakeholders
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex technologies clearly
