What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Oversee the development, implementation, and management of major projects within the TX Oncology network
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document project scope, deliverables, and success measures
• Ensure projects remain within scope, budget, and scheduling requirements
• Provide regular project status updates and communicate with management and team members
• Identify and manage project risks and operational issues to ensure project success

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in project management, business management, or a related field
• Minimum of five years of experience as a Project Manager in a healthcare or clinical setting
• Proven experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and delivering customer-facing products or services
• PMI or PMP certification or similar from an accredited organization
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency with industry-standard software programs

• Experience working with physicians and executive leadership
• Familiarity with project management standards and best practices in healthcare
• Strong organizational skills and emotional intelligence
• Ability to mentor and guide other project managers
