What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with data science leadership and product owners to develop optimization and machine learning models using advanced tools
• Provide actionable insights and strategic recommendations to product teams
• Construct scalable optimization, simulation, and machine learning models for real-time insights
• Design frameworks for advanced machine learning and optimization to address complex supply chain issues
• Communicate data-driven recommendations effectively to cross-functional teams

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant data science experience, including at least 2 years in optimization
• Bachelor’s Degree in quantitative fields such as operations, research/statistics, or industrial engineering
• High proficiency in Python for developing optimization models with commercial solver suites
• Experience building IP/MIP models and writing complex SQL queries
• Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and ability to work independently

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Master’s degree in quantitative fields or computer science with relevant experience in supply chain technology or data science
• Experience in supply chain optimization or operations research
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform or other cloud services
• Background in building optimization and simulation models in logistics operations using commercial solver engines like Gurobi
