What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Design, develop, and maintain applications on the Pega Platform to enhance workflows and improve user experience
• Configure case types, data models, flows, activities, decision rules, and UI components in line with Pega best practices
• Build and maintain integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and data sources
• Optimize applications for performance and maintainability, conducting peer reviews and testing for reliability
• Collaborate with developers, architects, and business analysts to ensure project requirements are met

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field
• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Pega development experience (Pega 8.x preferred)
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) or higher certification
• Strong experience in Pega integration patterns, APIs, and data management
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 5+ years of Pega application development experience with Pega 8.x or newer
• Pega CLSA certification
• Experience with Pega Cloud or Azure-based deployments
• Background in enterprise workflow automation
• Current or previous Microsoft Certifications (including the now-retired MCSD or MCPD certifications)
