What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Implement and maintain services that power the Hiring Company Konnect platform, including identity, search, and provisioning
• Design and implement solutions to moderate complexity technical problems
• Support services in production by participating in an on-call rotation
• Write automated tests to ensure code behavior and prevent regressions
• Mentor team members and assist with additional tasks as required by management

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 5+ years of experience in developing, delivering, and maintaining complex software solutions
• Expertise in Typescript and JavaScript
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems
• Proven experience in developing and supporting a large-scale SaaS platform
• Strong understanding of API design, lifecycle management, and data modeling in relational and no-SQL databases

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with containerization and Kubernetes
• Experience with git and GitHub workflows
• Knowledge of test-driven development and automated testing practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
