What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with team members to develop and maintain high-security smart card and USB authenticator configuration files
• Create and document high-quality software in a small team environment
• Develop new application software and tools to assist technical teams in testing
• Provide guidance to junior team members on coding best practices and design patterns
• Assist the technical lead and product owner with design decisions and propose best-in-class solutions

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or computer science and 8-10 years of relevant experience
• Experience with software programming applications, including analysis, design, and implementation
• Proficiency in SSRS and SQL Server, with deep experience in J2EE technologies, C/C++, Java, and Python
• Familiarity with RESTful web services, ReactJS, Angular, and HTML5
• Experience in designing and developing software across multiple platforms, including Windows, MacOS, Linux, Android, and iOS

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Background in identity or bank card markets
• Experience with Smart Card, PKI security cryptography, and OpenID Connect
• Knowledge of industry standards such as NIST, FIPS, and ISO
• Familiarity with Biometric modalities like fingerprints and facial recognition
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
