What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as a technical lead for a team or feature, ensuring adherence to design and implementation decisions
• Mentor junior engineers through collaboration and pair programming
• Act as the point of contact for external teams, ensuring deliverables meet guidelines
• Participate in all stages of the Agile development lifecycle, including planning and retrospectives
• Conduct code reviews and validate changes for quality and performance

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Full stack Java development experience, including backend systems and user interfaces
• Proficiency in Spring, Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and microservices
• Experience with AWS services such as S3, RDS, and SQS
• Familiarity with relational databases, particularly PostgreSQL
• Ability to effectively communicate implementation decisions and work independently in a fast-paced environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Understanding of identity management concepts such as OKTA, oAuth2, and openId
• Knowledge of email protocols and their flow across networks
