What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Design, develop, maintain, and improve software solutions that address business challenges
• Redesign monolithic legacy products using AWS and implement microservice architectures
• Mentor team members on software engineering best practices
• Develop and maintain unit and integration tests to ensure product quality
• Participate in code reviews and support code deployments

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 5+ years of relevant software engineering experience
• Strong experience with C#, SQL, React, and the .NET Framework / .NET
• Cloud development experience with AWS
• Understanding of Agile practices, particularly Scrum
• Proven analytical skills to interpret and implement business and functional requirements

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in environments subject to HIPAA and/or PCI regulations
• AWS Certifications and understanding of DevOps principles
• Certified Scrum Developer (CSD)
• Experience with test-driven development and event-driven architecture
• Continued education and/or advanced degrees in relevant fields
