What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Build secure and highly scalable Salesforce services in a continuous delivery model
• Collaborate with leads and architects to develop robust and maintainable services for Nike's omni-channel service cloud experiences
• Work alongside engineers, scrum masters, and product owners to deliver innovative solutions
• Maintain Salesforce development standards and best practices, ensuring high-quality code
• Provide technical troubleshooting and product support on a daily basis

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of Salesforce Service Cloud Development experience with strong skills in Apex and Lightning Web Components
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce APIs, integration patterns, and custom web services
• Proven experience with DevOps best practices and tools such as Jenkins and Git
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with business and technical teams

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with Salesforce Admin skills and declarative automation tools
• Experience delivering software in an Agile environment
• Proficiency in observability and monitoring tools like Splunk and SignalFX
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to achieve goals independently
• Hands-on experience performing technical code reviews
