What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Design, configure, and manage Next-Best-Action strategies and decision flows within the Pega CDH framework
• Develop and maintain customer journeys and channels to enhance engagement
• Build and optimize predictive models and AI-based decisioning components
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align CDH strategies with customer lifecycle goals
• Monitor strategy performance and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of experience in Software Application Development and Maintenance, or
• High School Diploma or GED and 12 years of experience in Software Application Development and Maintenance
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Pega CDH
• Strong understanding of decision strategies and customer engagement policies
• Proficiency with SQL, JSON/XML, APIs, and data integration techniques

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with adaptive and predictive models and real-time decisioning
• Familiarity with Pega NBAA, Pega Marketing, and Pega Data Flows
• Pega Certified Decisioning Consultant (PCDC) certification
• Background in banking, telecom, insurance, or retail domains using Pega CDH
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and marketing analytics tools
