What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to tackle complex technical challenges
- Execute a strategic software development plan for IaaS, focusing on security, performance, and efficiency
- Ensure the quality, usability, and performance of software solutions
- Share best practices and improve processes across teams
- Provide operational support and fulfill on-call responsibilities
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 8+ years of PaaS and IaaS software development experience
- Strong background in software engineering and system architecture
- Experience with REST APIs, Kubernetes, microservices, and container technologies
- Proficient in Kubernetes with hands-on experience in cluster management
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- 1+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional technical teams
- Familiarity with open-source frameworks and cloud services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Possession of relevant cloud and container certifications
- Knowledge of security best practices for configurations and data protection
