What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with the engineering team in an agile environment to produce scalable software solutions
• Partner with Leadership and key stakeholders to identify and address software needs
• Perform full-stack development and manage your stories, including prioritization and documentation
• Mentor other engineers in best practices and code standards
• Lead large projects with multiple engineers, ensuring high-quality application standards through code reviews

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field and at least 5 years of software development experience on large-scale web applications
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders and colleagues
• Demonstrated ability to analyze feature stories and design robust solutions
• Mastery of object-oriented design and implementation in Java
• Proficiency in building UIs with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and solid SQL skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Octane software stories and implementing HTTP/XML integrations
• Comfortable with Linux commands and tools
• Passion for great code design, UX, security, performance, and testing
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting
