What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of applications
• Design, manage, and automate test cases for various testing types, including functional, non-functional, and specialized testing
• Conduct API testing to validate backend service quality and perform performance testing to ensure system reliability
• Lead release readiness activities, including pre-release validation and post-release monitoring
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align testing efforts with business goals and technical requirements

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Must be eighteen years of age or older
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in test management and software quality engineering
• Proficiency in a broad range of testing types: functional, non-functional, and specialized (API, mobile)
• Experience with programming skills in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python, as well as API testing tools
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Familiarity with Git and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Github Actions)
• Experience with automation testing tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium)
• Knowledge of Salesforce and AI-driven automations is a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, ownership, and accountability skills
