What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Analyze business requirements into technical requirements for reporting and dashboards
• Design, develop, and maintain reports in PowerBI with multiple data sources and complex queries
• Provide guidance on BI tools including Power BI, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
• Collaborate with functional users to gather business requirements and document new reports
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues while optimizing report performance

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
• 8-10 years of SQL development experience on Microsoft products
• 4-6 years of experience in PowerBI report design and development
• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills
• Knowledge of the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Azure and Machine Learning (ML)
• Familiarity with design patterns in architectural and database design
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead others in a fast-paced environment
