What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Design and implement high-performance, scalable reconciliation systems for processing billions of transactions daily
• Make technical decisions that align with both immediate business needs and long-term scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate the platform with various financial systems and data warehouses
• Develop core components of the substantiation platform, ensuring high-quality and efficient code
• Contribute to the professional development of junior engineers through code reviews and knowledge sharing

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields; advanced degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in one or more relevant programming languages, such as Java, Python, or JavaScript
• 4+ years of experience in SQL, NoSQL, and relational database design for data retrieval and preparation at scale
• 3+ years of experience with Agile development practices and tools like Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 2+ years of experience building products in modern architecture (SOA & microservices) and extensible REST APIs
• 2+ years of experience in open-source frameworks
• Proven ability to collect and process raw data at scale, including scripting and API integration
