What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead SCRUM Agile development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Partner with architects and solution engineers to design and develop technical solutions that meet user needs
• Oversee proactive maintenance of IaaS/SaaS and on-premise applications to ensure stability and scalability
• Coordinate and assist with troubleshooting of code defects, data errors, and configuration problems
• Drive departmental best practices and implement guidelines to enhance software development processes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in software application development and maintenance, or High School Diploma/GED and 8 years of experience in the same field
• Proven experience in leading development teams to successful deployments
• Strong knowledge and experience with Java 11+ and related technologies
• Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience in designing and developing real-time integrations and optimizing database processing

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Knowledge of financial systems and processes
• Strong knowledge and experience with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks
• Experience with AWS serverless technologies such as Lambda and API Gateway
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and Agile methodologies
• Experience in automation testing and UI development with React
