What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead engineering teams in developing high-performance, low-maintenance platforms and applications
• Oversee the complete solution lifecycle, ensuring quality, usability, and performance
• Collaborate with product managers, team members, and other engineering teams to address complex problems
• Conduct design sessions and code reviews to enhance engineering quality across the organization
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices to improve processes

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum 8 years of professional software development experience within the .NET ecosystem
• At least 5 years of experience in architecture and design of software systems
• Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages such as C#, Java, C++, or Python
• Experience with microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
• Strong understanding of DevOps concepts and cloud architecture, specifically with Azure

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, or other cloud services
• Experience in open-source frameworks
• Knowledge of application monitoring tools and performance assessments
• Understanding of security protocols such as Active Directory and OAuth
• Expertise in shell scripting and Azure operational portals
