What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage and develop the Project Management team to effectively execute assigned project workloads
• Oversee project deliverables including budget, schedule, and scope to ensure timely and accurate completion
• Conduct training and mentoring sessions for team members to enhance project management skills
• Forecast monthly and quarterly sales figures through accurate project backlog reporting
• Act as the leading Project Manager for large or complex projects as needed

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Post-secondary degree or diploma from a college, or PMP certification is preferred
• Experience in Project Management within an industrial or construction environment
• Required experience with overhead crane delivery, installation, and commissioning or similar construction experience
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all organizational levels
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks across concurrently running projects with problem-solving capabilities
