What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Define and manage the strategic direction of the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, managing all activities of the Scrum team to foster collaboration
• Maintain the product backlog, breaking down epics into actionable features and user stories
• Develop competitive pricing strategies and effective go-to-market plans in partnership with marketing and pricing teams
• Oversee the execution of the product development process and monitor performance against key KPIs

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field or finance preferred
• 10-15+ years of experience supporting data teams and managing data-driven products
• 5+ years of experience creating and maintaining a product roadmap aligned with business objectives
• 3+ years of experience working with cross-functional teams including data scientists and software developers
• 5+ years of experience in Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Advanced Certification in Product Management for Financial Services
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification
• Experience in advertising or big data
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
