What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Own and evolve the roadmap for Fleet Management capabilities, including device observability and health monitoring
- Drive feature definition and prioritization in collaboration with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams
- Wireframe and validate UX flows to simplify complex workflows
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand core business problems and develop user personas
- Communicate plans and progress clearly across stakeholders, following through to launch and adoption
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 2–5+ years of experience defining and delivering market-leading software products, particularly user-facing software for complex hardware products
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously
- Experience wireframing and collaborating closely with UX design
- Familiarity with data modeling and API-driven architectures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in the drone industry is a plus but not required
- Strong technical fluency to work effectively across autonomy, firmware, and cloud engineering teams
- Deep curiosity and empathy for users managing operational complexity
- Willingness to travel to customer sites to engage with end-users
