What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Own and evolve the roadmap for Fleet Management capabilities, including device observability and health monitoring
• Drive feature definition and prioritization in collaboration with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams
• Wireframe and validate UX flows to simplify complex workflows
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand core business problems and develop user personas
• Communicate plans and progress clearly across stakeholders, following through to launch and adoption

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 2–5+ years of experience defining and delivering market-leading software products, particularly user-facing software for complex hardware products
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to work autonomously
• Experience wireframing and collaborating closely with UX design
• Familiarity with data modeling and API-driven architectures
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in the drone industry is a plus but not required
• Strong technical fluency to work effectively across autonomy, firmware, and cloud engineering teams
• Deep curiosity and empathy for users managing operational complexity
• Willingness to travel to customer sites to engage with end-users
