What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Map business objectives to product and analytics priorities, defining and reporting on key results and driver KPIs
• Build and maintain dashboards to provide real-time insights into customer behavior and product performance
• Conduct advanced analyses to identify opportunities for product and business improvements
• Design, implement, and evaluate experiments (A/B testing) to validate hypotheses and inform feature prioritization
• Ensure data integrity and quality throughout the analytics pipeline in collaboration with Data Engineering teams

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Data Analyst or Data Scientist roles, demonstrating measurable business impact
• Strong proficiency in SQL, data modeling (e.g., dbt), and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)
• Experience designing dashboards and measuring experimentation outcomes (A/B testing)
• Authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring visa sponsorship

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with Python and machine learning-based modeling is highly desired
• Experience with ML Ops is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills to convey technical insights effectively
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence technical and product decisions
