What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Act as a key representative of the employer, developing and executing strategic content marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with the franchise sales team and marketing professionals to execute impactful marketing campaigns

What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Business (preferred)
- 7-10 years of marketing and communications experience, with a preference for franchise/multi-location marketing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in project management tools and familiarity with Google Analytics and CRM platforms

- Experience in franchise development
- Familiarity with reporting platforms such as PowerBI
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors
