What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Act as a key representative of the employer, developing and executing strategic content marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with the franchise sales team and marketing professionals to execute impactful marketing campaigns
• Develop public relations strategies and manage external agency partnerships
• Implement email marketing strategies and optimize franchise development websites for performance
• Provide project management support and analyze key performance indicators to refine marketing strategies

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or Business (preferred)
• 7-10 years of marketing and communications experience, with a preference for franchise/multi-location marketing
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in project management tools and familiarity with Google Analytics and CRM platforms

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in franchise development
• Familiarity with reporting platforms such as PowerBI
• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and external vendors
