What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Collaborate with the Franchise Onboarding team to implement sales and marketing strategies for new hotels
- Conduct market assessments and capture business intelligence to identify sales opportunities
- Coach property-level teams on effective sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue
- Develop and track written action plans to support local revenue development efforts
- Conduct training and coaching on-property and virtually regarding revenue development initiatives
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience; 7+ years in multi-unit hotel sales, revenue generation, or commercial operations leadership
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with revenue management tools such as Agency360 and Delphi
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Adaptable mindset with a focus on achieving results in a fast-paced environment
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in hotel pre-opening or conversion and working with branded franchises
- Familiarity with revenue management tools such as Kalibri, IDEAS, and Tableau
