What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Plan and manage IT projects from scope development to post-implementation according to project methodology
• Document all phases of the project lifecycle to capture and secure project artifacts
• Manage project budgets, including tracking invoices, purchase orders, and consultant expenses
• Develop and foster relationships with stakeholders and project team members
• Identify and document project risks, issues, and decisions in the Project Portfolio Management system

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 5+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience leading medium to large, complex, multi-departmental or enterprise-level IT projects
• Must be able to manage multiple, simultaneous projects
• Excellent time management, goal setting, prioritization, and delegation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Clinical area, or 10+ years of IT project management experience

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Managerial experience is a plus
• Experience with requirements analysis and testing methodology
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Epic, ServiceNow, or other hospital systems
• LEAN-Six Sigma, CAPM, or PMP certification preferred
