What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

- Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification is preferred

- Experience in a multilingual business environment is an advantage
