What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Implement and coordinate management programs, policies, and compliance systems for client sites and new startups
• Conduct comprehensive grounds site assessments and lead corrective plans for deficiencies
• Perform Quality Assurance (QA) Assessments and Safety Audits to maintain service standards
• Build and maintain project timelines and budgets, providing regular status reports
• Collaborate with clients to ensure customer needs are met and satisfaction is achieved

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's Degree in a grounds-related field or 10 years of grounds management experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to define and implement change strategies
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Must be willing to travel 85% of the time across various regions of the country
