What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Develop and execute targeted marketing plans for industrial equipment accounts
- Build partnerships with sales teams to align marketing efforts with their priorities

What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- 3-5 years of experience in field marketing, ABM, or sales enablement within B2B technology or industrial sectors
- Proven success in partnering with sales organizations to develop and execute marketing programs
- Strong ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills and analytical mindset
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- ABM Certified
- Experience in the Industrial Equipment industry
- Familiarity with marketing automation systems and CRM platforms
- Experience working with engineers or technical teams in engineering simulation
