What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Collaborate with research teams to acquire and curate diverse datasets while ensuring data quality and integrity
• Utilize advanced statistical techniques to analyze complex medical datasets and extract actionable insights

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• At least 4 years of experience in a similar role in academia or industry, or a PhD with 2 years of relevant experience
• Graduate degree in Public Health, Health Care Research, Epidemiology, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of electronic medical record data, clinical data, claims data, or financial data
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or similar tools used in medical research
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong organizational abilities with attention to detail

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Prior experience in medical or clinical research, contributing to scientific publications
• Familiarity with advanced statistical methods, including regression analysis and machine learning algorithms
• Ability to quickly learn new analytic tools and packages
