What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Design and develop user experiences for various platforms, including web and mobile
• Facilitate UX workshops and create process, journey mapping, wireframes, and prototypes
• Document the full UX/UI design process, including flow charts and complex user journeys
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design standards are met
• Present design concepts and iterations effectively to stakeholders

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Minimum of 6 years of experience as a UX Designer
• At least 2 years of experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud or Community Cloud
• Proven ability to run UX workshops and create wireframes and prototypes
• Strong documentation skills with experience in the full UX/UI design process
• Hands-on experience designing for both mobile and web platforms

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with Salesforce standards and design systems (SLDS)
• Excellent collaboration skills across different time zones
• Strong communication skills for facilitating feedback sessions
• Ability to tell compelling stories to communicate design direction
• Experience with frameworks like SLDS or WES, EinsteinGPT, and Semantic Search
