- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and perform under pressure
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels

- Experience in sales training or direct sales experience
- Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
