What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver engaging sales training content for various formats

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or related field with 5+ years of experience in training or instructional design
• Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills in both small and large group settings
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and perform under pressure
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in sales training or direct sales experience
• Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design best practices
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment
