What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop and enhance software solutions to improve the customer experience across various Hiring Company interaction channels
• Collaborate with multiple product teams to collect user experience data for analytics and reporting
• Work with front-end JavaScript and AWS services to enable efficient data collection and exchange
• Participate in product development through various stages, adapting to ambiguity and uncertainty
• Apply technical expertise to drive results and foster innovation within the team

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 3-5 years of software development experience
• Proficient in front-end JavaScript development
• Experience with AWS tech stack, including Lambda, CloudFront, Route53, and more
• Knowledge of building AWS infrastructure using Terraform
• Strong oral and written communication skills to convey complex technical information effectively

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery tools such as GIT, GitHub, and GitLab
• Experience with containerization and container-based APIs using Docker or Kubernetes
• API development experience using Java and Spring Boot
• Knowledge of web page tagging/tracking and development with JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, and HTML
• Understanding of Single Page Applications using frameworks like Ember, Angular, or React
