What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the development and implementation of the quality assurance program throughout the Software Development Life Cycle
• Drive process improvements and foster collaboration across matrixed teams
• Shape a quality assurance program that enhances operational excellence
• Partner with delivery, product, and support teams to ensure quality in all development phases
• Champion metrics, templates, and best practices to create transparency and accountability

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, business analysis, or program/project management within software development
• 3–5 years in senior leadership roles overseeing diverse teams
• Proven success in developing or managing quality programs in regulated environments
• Exceptional communication skills for translating complex technical ideas
• Strong relationship-building skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience in group insurance, healthcare, or financial services industry
• Familiarity with test automation concepts and tools (e.g., qTest, Jira, Selenium, Karate)
• Prosci or other change management certifications
