What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and manage multiple security solution projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery
• Develop strategic project delivery plans and maintain detailed schedules, including key deliverables and milestones
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle
• Coordinate and facilitate planning and status meetings with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor project budgets and ensure adherence to quality standards and customer expectations

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• BA or BS in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree is preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing project/program delivery leadership role within a professional services organization
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience with project management methodologies, best practices, and toolsets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• CISSP or other security certifications
• Previous experience managing penetration testing, application security, or incident response
• Significant experience as a Consultant providing security expertise to clients
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive positive results for clients and internal stakeholders
