What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead and manage multiple medium-scale, external-facing corporate projects simultaneously
• Define and manage project scope, goals, and risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Develop comprehensive project plans and ensure adherence to all deliverables
• Assess business requirements to guide the design and delivery of technical solutions
• Facilitate communication among project team members and stakeholders

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field, or project management certification
• 3 to 5 years of project management experience for Project Manager; 7 to 10 years for Senior Project Manager
• Proficiency in remote meeting tools (e.g., RingCentral, Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage projects independently in a fast-paced environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in healthcare, dental, vision, and software industries
• Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel)
• Experience with product and software implementations
• Project Management Certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CSM)
• Knowledge of process mapping using Visio
