What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage the design, development, and construction of projects for client accounts
• Schedule and lead project meetings, maintaining budgets and timelines
• Write and distribute meeting minutes and project reports to stakeholders
• Oversee the selection and contracting process for consultants and construction teams
• Monitor project status, including budgets and schedules, ensuring successful delivery

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• B.S. Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering preferred
• 7 to 10 years of project management and/or construction experience
• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Proven leadership and administrative experience within project management
• Ability to read and understand construction specifications and drawings
• Experience in client management and consultation
• Willingness to travel up to 35% of the time
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project and Excel for scheduling and budgeting
