What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Serve as the Client's advocate, ensuring proactive engagement during projects
• Coordinate day-to-day scheduling of tasks, meetings, and activities
• Manage project timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and change control procedures
• Lead client project status meetings and internal task assignments
• Oversee full-cycle NetSuite implementations, including planning, design, and support phases

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, or Information Systems
• Minimum of 3 years managing ERP implementations
• Strong interpersonal communication and conflict resolution skills
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage teams across multiple workstreams
• Experience working effectively in a virtual environment and leading onsite workshops

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Project Management Certifications (PMP, CSM)
• NetSuite product experience and certifications
• MBA or other advanced degrees
