What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage the end-to-end execution of multiple IT projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
• Serve as the central point of contact for project execution and stakeholder communication
• Provide regular status updates to project stakeholders, including business and technology teams
• Foster collaboration among team members, including marketers, business analysts, software engineers, architects, and QA engineers
• Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and impact

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years of experience; Master’s Degree with 5 years; PhD with 0 years in Business Information Services or Computer Sciences
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder expectations and unite teams
• Experience in project financial management, including budgeting, estimation, and SOW development
• Must be based on the East Coast

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience in a regulated industry, such as pharmaceuticals or healthcare
• Background in managing IT projects supporting commercial or e-commerce functions
• Familiarity with modern software development and project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
• Experience working closely with a Product Owner
• Professional consulting experience and formal training in SDLC methodologies
