What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop and champion a strategic roadmap for virtual cabinetry and interior design services
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of strategic initiatives
• Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
• Support designers by understanding their processes and clearing operational roadblocks
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to assess and optimize business performance

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 5+ years of experience in business development, product management, strategy, or a related field
• Proven track record of driving growth in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in managing and developing teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
