What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Clinical Care Management Projects
• Understand and discuss the Care Management application and its implications on clinical processes, policies, and procedures
• Configure healthcare software applications according to business needs
• Assess, interpret, and analyze customer needs and requirements
• Write and document business requirements in Epics/Features and User Stories

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Owner facilitating and documenting requirements
• 5+ years of problem-solving experience, including managing multiple tasks and deadlines
• 3+ years of healthcare work experience with Medicaid populations and Medicaid Care Management
• 2+ years of experience working with all phases of Agile, including Epic and User Story development

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Undergraduate degree in IT
• 1+ years of Testing (UAT) experience
• Experience with Jira and GuidingCare
• Experience in the use and configuration of healthcare software applications
• Proven ability to work in a highly virtual and matrixed environment
