What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead scrum teams by defining product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities while communicating with stakeholders
• Create and manage the team backlog, ensuring work items are refined and prioritized
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
• Develop detailed product feature specifications and ensure clarity for development teams
• Actively mitigate roadblocks impacting successful team completion of release/sprint goals

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner with a focus on value delivery and agile methodology
• Significant knowledge of agile frameworks and scaling models
• Bachelor's degree in information systems, business, computer science, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in strategic product creation and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Excellent planning, organizational, analytical, and communication skills, both written and verbal

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Product Owner certification strongly preferred, with CBAP certification as a plus
• Experience with JIRA, Azure DevOps (ADO), Confluence, or similar tools
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, including coaching and mentorship abilities
