What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Monitor and analyze solution metrics to assess performance, including revenue, usage stats, and customer satisfaction
• Conduct market research on users and describe solution positioning and messaging for key buyers
• Prepare business cases for proposed solutions to inform investment decisions
• Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure high-quality product delivery
• Manage product roadmaps, development schedules, and cross-functional compatibility of solutions

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent technical/business experience
• 7+ years of relevant work experience; 5 years in product management or marketing in the healthcare information or software industry
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to influence decisions in a matrix environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical ability to define complex problems and creatively frame solutions

• 2-3 years of experience at the senior level or equivalent experience in product management
