• Experience with relational and non-relational databases, including Microsoft SQL and MongoDB
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly

• Exposure to low-code platforms like Pega, Segment, or Decisions
• Experience with application integration involving internal and external systems
