What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the implementation of an AI-powered quality transformation strategy across the engineering organization
• Design and define the technical architecture for AI-powered quality frameworks and tooling
• Collaborate with product managers and development teams to establish quality goals and technical integrations
• Implement scalable test automation frameworks and embed quality controls into CI/CD pipelines
• Serve as an expert in AI-first quality engineering trends and provide coaching to enhance team skills

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 10+ years of experience in software quality engineering or automation architecture focused on technical delivery
• Proven experience in quality engineering for customer-facing applications, particularly mobile apps
• Familiarity with API testing, GraphQL, microservices, and observability tooling
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python
• Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) and integrating AI solutions into testing frameworks

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with cross-browser and cross-device mobile testing
• Knowledge of agentic AI design patterns and orchestrating autonomous QA agents
• Understanding of relevance-enhancing techniques in test case generation and defect resolution
